Every ProX PC system includes a visit from a Field Service Agent (FSA). The FSA handles the unboxing, inspects the equipment, and performs all initial setups to ensure everything works perfectly right away. If the system sustains damage during shipping, our FSA will immediately report the issue to the support team, and we will take care of the issue.
