Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.
These terms apply to all goods supplied by ProX PC, whose registered office is at D-147, Second Floor, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 (the "Supplier," “we,” “our”). No contract exists between you and ProX PC for the sale of goods until we have received and accepted your order, and the full payment (in cleared funds) has been made. Upon acceptance, a binding legal contract is created, and all orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment via email. However, acceptance of your order will occur only after payment is confirmed, at which point the contract is formalized.
ProX PC reserves the right to amend these terms without notice for future sales.
The description and price of the goods will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Goods are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer an alternative product or refund any payments made.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in pricing, if an error is discovered, we will inform you immediately. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be canceled automatically, and any payments made will be refunded.
In addition to the product price, you may be required to pay applicable delivery charges.
Payment for goods and any applicable delivery charges must be made using methods listed on our website at the time of purchase. Full payment must be received before the delivery is arranged.
No goods will be delivered until cleared funds are received. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made without any deduction unless a valid court order states otherwise.
Goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will pass to you only when we have received full payment for the goods in cleared funds. ProX PC reserves the right to recover the goods if full payment is not made.
All products come with a 3-year standard RTB (Return to Base) warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Should any component become faulty during the warranty period, customers must return the faulty part to our service center, after which we will replace or repair the part and send it back.
DOA (Dead on Arrival): If a product is found faulty on delivery, you must notify ProX PC within the DOA policy duration, providing an unboxing video as proof. Without this video, DOA claims will not be accepted.
Physical Damage: ProX PC will not accept products returned with physical damage not caused by normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability: ProX PC shall not be liable for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or business.
Data Protection ProX PC will take all necessary precautions to keep your payment and order details secure. However, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
Promotions Promotional items are only valid during the promotion period, and while stocks last. ProX PC reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotional offers without prior notice.
Standard RTB (Return to Base) This is complimentary warranty support provided for up to 3 years, with lifetime technical support. The customer is responsible for shipping the faulty component back to ProX PC service centre. We will assist in the warranty claim process and return the repaired or replaced component. Customers can also request technician assistance on a paid basis. Key components like processors, motherboards, GPUs, SSDs, RAM, and PSUs typically come with a 3-year warranty. Other parts, such as cabinets, have 1-year warranties, and HDDs are covered for 2 years. Some components also offer extended warranties (5 years, 10 years, or limited lifetime, depending on the product lifecycle). Customers can choose to claim extended warranties directly through the supplier's authorized service center or seek our assistance.
Standard On-Site Warranty: This covers up to 3 years, where ProX PC sends a technician to test and troubleshoot the issue. ProX PC will manage the warranty claim process with the supplier and arrange for technician visits to install replacements. The timeline for the warranty claim depends on the supplier and the availability of replacement components.
Advanced On-Site Warranty: This warranty type provides a faster resolution than the standard on-site warranty. ProX PC will not wait for the supplier's warranty replacement. Instead, we will offer an advanced replacement to the customer, ensuring minimal downtime, even while our supplier processes the claim.
