Format of the Contract

These terms apply to all systems and goods supplied by ProX PC, whose registered office is at First Floor, H9, Block B1, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi, 110044. We establish a binding legal contract once we accept your order and receive your full cleared payment. Upon placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment via email. The contract becomes officially formalized the moment your payment is confirmed. We update these terms periodically to reflect our best practices for future sales.

Description and Price of Goods

Our website displays current descriptions and prices when you place an order. We fulfill orders based on component availability. If a specific part is out of stock, we will inform you immediately to offer an alternative product or provide a full refund.

We strive for absolute accuracy in our pricing. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you right away so you have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or choose a refund. We automatically process a cancellation and refund your payment if we do not receive a response within 7 days. Standard delivery charges apply in addition to the product price.

Payment & Financing

We accept the payment methods listed on our website at checkout. We require full payment or a confirmed financing agreement before arranging your delivery. For customers looking for more flexibility, we offer financing options through our partner providers. You can choose to finance your purchase during the checkout process, and once your application is approved and funds are secured, we initiate your build. We begin the delivery process immediately upon receiving your cleared funds or financing confirmation. You agree to process payments completely and clearly to ensure a smooth transaction.

Risk, Title, and Delivery Unboxing

You assume responsibility for the hardware the moment it reaches your delivery address. Ownership of the goods transfers to you entirely when we receive your full payment. ProX PC retains the right to recover goods if the payment process remains incomplete.

To guarantee your system arrives in perfect condition, every ProX PC system includes a visit from a Field Service Agent (FSA). When your package arrives, we require you to keep the box completely sealed. Your FSA handles the official unboxing and runs all initial tests to ensure your setup works perfectly. Completing this FSA unboxing process keeps your transit damage coverage fully active.

Warranty, Returns, and Refunds

We provide all hardware coverage, including DOA (Dead on Arrival) terms, physical condition guidelines, and our comprehensive Pro support tiers, through our dedicated policy. Please review our Hardware Warranty & Support Policy for complete details.

Limitation of Liability

We take full responsibility for loss or damage caused directly by our negligence. Our liability focuses on the hardware and direct impacts. Customers retain responsibility for indirect factors, including the management of business operations or potential loss of profit.

We implement strong precautions to keep your payment and order details secure. We safeguard your information diligently, while you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own connection to prevent unauthorized access to the information you supply.

Promotions

Promotional items remain available during the specific promotion period while stocks last. We manage our promotional offers dynamically and update or conclude them based on our current inventory and marketing schedules.
